USH'S GAME EPISODE II- 'REVENGE'. Dark Side Area

(I hope Asharan can die....)

QUam drops down and ignites his two sabres before he hits the ground behind them. The guards loose their heads before quam's feet actually touches the ground. A swift turn makes him end up with one sabre pointed at Krisha and the other sticking in Asharan's chest, whose eyes begin to roll back leaving only white visible.
"Now you will pay for all your own mistakes..."

"Another three crates worth," says Guba. "Follow me." You are now heading into the storage areas, away from Edna, Rex.

-

Sorry, Queeq, Arashan can't just die like that. He was a fair way behind Krisha anyway. How do you want things changed?

(Now, this is what I ment by Mr. Hero. It's exactly that that got the DS game almost closed) 😠

Gald fell into step behind Guba, glancing quickly at Edna. We'll meet up later.

(Just a warning, I tend to be a tad wary of telepathy. I prefer it if people send feelings, emotions, sudden shocks of pain, stuff like that, rather than words.)

Rex, Guba is taking you through a chain of five very thick doors, each of which is secured in a different way- not being a security expert, you are unsure.

Gald watches as Guba unlocks the doors, and makes a mental note of each of the codes. "Very tight security for this thing. With all those guards and automated laser cannons it seems like nothing could get even this far into the complex."

Sadly, not always codes, Rex. There are palm prints and voice things and some stuff that, as I say, you simply don't have a clue about!

"That IS somewhat the point," says Guba, leading you into the vault.

Which obviously once contained a lot more. Even so, the 30 crates of gold in there is enough to be a tantalising reminder of what you guys once were able to get from Avalar.

Faylar is a rich little bugger, isn't he? Gald thinks to himself. He looks around the room, which has 30 crates of gold. All on grav platforms. It'll be easier to carry them out than get to them.

(can I at least kill some guards and challenge Krisha?)

(That he'll probably allow)

Feasibly, queeq, but Krisha is the only obvious target right now.

Rex, those crates will be impossible to lift. Gold is damn heavy.

(Heavy? You judge him by his weight, do you? And where you should not, for his ally is the Force and a powerful ally it is... 😉 )

(Okay, so I confront Krisha. Edit Asharan's death out for me and let's get a move on)

Gold is heavy, not Gald is heavy!

queeq, you jump down in front of Krisha, sabres ready. In an instant, she lights her own.

"It's touching that you waited for me, Quam," she says.

"Just back out of there, Krisha," says Arashan from behind. His comm bleeps.

(Not worth switching to a duel thread at this point for various reasons)

Gald senses Quam flip his lightsabers on and confront Krisha. Damn, he thinks to himself. He turns to Guba. "Okay, hurry up and give me the gold. Shareth is waiting for me."

(Errr... can't see you being able to sense that to be honest, Rex)

"I'll programme three of the grav platforms to follow you," says Guba, and he begins work on them.

"Thanks," Gald says simply.

Guba plans to escort you out soon, Rex.

(Now, on our way out, do I get the gold to Shareth and then do whatever?)

(The plan is that you steal ALL the gold, otherwise you get no deal from Shareth, who will get the gold you currently have from Faylar anyway!)

(this is wear I wish I knew more about RPGing)

Well, basically, Rex, you have to weigh up the good and bad parts of two plans.

Either you strike now while you are inside the vault, and nab the gold, which saves you any trouble of breaking in but could be VERY dangerous and lead to you beung greatly outnumbered.

Or you note where the gold is, sneak away as soon as you can, and find your friends. This option is more secure, butit means you have to take the time to break into the vault again somehow, which may end up being no less dangerous.

I won't rate either option better than the other, nor can I gave specifics about how to perform either plan. It's entirely up to you about how you want this done.
