What Medieval Weapon Would you Prefer?

I'd pick the great sword but i doubt i could use it cos its too heavy so guess i'll have to go with the long sword.

If I where to choose I would get a Long Sword made for two hands

I prefer a short sword and dagger combination, or a bastard sword in combination with wrist-attached spiked bucklers. And of course spiked knee-caps!
