Milk Chocolate, even though it usually (depending on the quality) leaves a sour after taste

white chocolate. but not because I'M white. i'm no racist.

I find milk and white chocolate to be way too sweet for me.

Dark chocolate is more bitter than sweet and I love that.

The other day I had the best stuff ever...a dark chocolate espresso truffle bar....yum.
