EDIT: women are generally the weaker sex (scientific fact...not sexism!) and ive been brought up to beleive that hitting girls is wrong because of this... only times id actually hit a girl is if i needed to defend myself (ie she was trying to kill me or sumthing) and even then id just try to restrain them
