Right, as usual.

Seriously, half the newbies registered recently are quite cool now, it doesn't take them long to settle, especially if we welcome them well.

I' ve seen members, who barely joined one month, advising other ones not to make garbage newbie threads.

Yep, seen that too.

Even I feel new sometimes, I've only just, in the last month or so, ventured into other forums. Now spending time in the Philosophy Forum (Storm, nice job there) and the GDF, also the Art and UHRP, but there are so many more places that I'm totally unknown.

well, some have joined for 3 months or so and they think they are allmighty and all... it just gets on my nerves 🙄

I hate when people call people ''n00bs'' and are being generaly unpleasent to new people that joined.
I also dont like it when it comes from people who have thenselfs been here a month.

I doubt anybody hates you... You're not the same type of "n00b" we're talking about... I don't consider a noob somebody who just joined, I consider a noob somebody who just joined and either a) acts all high and mighty or b) has no idea what they're doing and is afraid to admit it

There are good newbies and bad one.
There are newbies running all over the place. The ones doing their job, doing what they were meant to do, are invisible. You'd never even know they were here. But the other ones, well, we hear about them all the time.
Every time you've heard someone say they know Radcliff's e-mail address, or any other movie star's. Every story you've ever heard about spoilers, 'who likes me?', or '.... sucks' is the newbie assimilating some member that's doing something they're not supposed to be doing.
