so what i do is.....i slouch in front of the TV with a pint of Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge ice-cream and pig myself out while watching movies which allow me to express anger at the central male character. 😗

that's the one period when people know to avoid me - otherwise i'm a pure angel 😇

i consider myseif pretty lucky . i only get pms 1 day and my cycle last only 2 days .

do u have 2 b a certain age 2 go on tha pill, coz my period is starting 2 hurt me!!! an my sis takes tha pill coz it hurts her!

😑 i'm taking ibuprofen. it is against all kinds of pains.
i have no idea if you have to be a certain age for it.
i know that when you take more than three a day you r becomming too happy 😉
