No, They never said they could destroy the universe in a single shot. Virtually everyone I named has done universe busting feats.

No, they couldn't destroy the Galaxy in one go...Buu, a villain that destroyed a planet, couldn't even survive the blast in one piece (not saying that he died, just saying that he had to use his reconstitution abilities)...Lord of Nightmares could blink away UNIVERSES, and shrug it off as an activity for a Sunday morning.
