On TF.N, in the just the facts section, which quotes the actors and production staff of ep 3, I think that I read " when asked about the color of the sabers in the duel, _(cant remember who quoted) said to watch ep4"

Another quote that I read " anakin will use a blue and red lightsaber."

My question, if not in the duel, then does anakin really cut off Dooku's head with two lightsabers? His and dooku's(blue and red)?

As far as I know, yes, Anakin uses two sabers to finish off Dooku. About the color used in the duel with Obi-Wan, I believe Palpatine gives him a red saber once he's joined the dark side. That's not official, heard rumors on it though.

couldn't the fight be blue vs green? obi-wan doesn't necessarily need to have the same ls in the duel that he has in ep4. blue vs blue would be different, but i've always liked the contrast between ls colors during a duel.

blue vs blue would be awsome cuz we never got to see that sorta duel.

It'd be cool to see Obi-Wan with a green saber, I'd like to see that but I can't wait to see him in combat with his Episode 4 saber, that one's my all time favorite.

i read somwhere that anikin* and obi wan have a duel because after she gives birth obi wan hides the children then arraranges padme to be be killed during the duel anikin falls into acid not lava and that is why he need the breathing equipment.

Well if you think about it, we nopt only get to see blue vs. blue, but blue vs. purple when Mace Windu and Anakin face off. And if we are lucky we will see Anakin with his and Dooku's lightsabre taking on Obi-Wan. He may lose his early on so that he could have the classic red vs. blue. Odds are it will just be blue vs. blue, but it's good to dream.

I thought this was confirmed that the "duel" will be blue on blue only? perhaps we'll see red on green for Palp v yoda but I think thats the only red we'll get to see.

it will be blue vs blue because when anakin falls into the lava thats when ob1 grabs anakins saber and passes it onto look.

it makes perfect sence.

whats obiwan gona do or say hey anakin im gona kick you into some lava you wanna move back a few feet and fall so i can keep the lightsaber and pass it to your son in 30 years?

red on green in palp and yoda for sure!
and I was just thinking about obi-wan chopping the sabre in half, or removing anakins real arm to lose his red one
