lol, not always. when i start to read i get into the book so fast that i finish it... and i still can't sleep

that happens to me too, but i usually read one that i've already read like a million times

i watch porn. it usually wears me out to the point to where i'm tired. but that's just me! lol

I always go downstairs get a glass of ice-water and maybe some krackers. Though it's not good to eat right before you go to bed, it always seems to help me... 😕
