magneto and co.

i was wondering how magneto has super strength on marvel directory it says he augments his strength how so. and how fast is qiucksilver.

My guess, Magneto alters polar fields within his body to gain super strength. Quicksilver's upper limit reached the speed of sound. Since then it's been augmented by Isotope E. Since is exposure to the Isotope his speed limit has not been gauged, although once the soles of his boots burned and wore out due to friction.

quicksilver is fast but nothing like the flash

That's because Flash was created during the time when every hero was the best at his own shtick. Superman was just...super. No one outdoes him. Batman is the greatest detective on the earth. No one is faster than Flash. Hulk is the strongest one there is. The Avengers are the mightiest. The Fantastic Four, are well, Fantastic. Spider-Man is Amazing and Spectacular. The X-Men are Uncanny, although, so are the Inhumans, so it's debatable who is more so. Etc. etc. It goes on and on throughout Marvel and DC and all the others.

ok, i know a lot about quiksilver. he can run at speeds up to 175 mph. that's really fast!! and i dunno about magneto

Magneto's top strength is usually 30,000 tons(sometimes more), using his powers, but using his muscles, he is just like any other guy.

It was pretty funny though when flash was in the marvel universe and lost his speed cause there is no speed force in marvel.

marvel.com say magneto can lift 100 tons by augmenting his strength and that flash can run up to mach 2 whitch is twice the speed of sound or 1400 mph which is pretty fast but still not as fast as 180000 miles a sec like flash

He is only class 100 because there is no higher class. I think a man who can create a global electromagnetic pulse, or reverse the earth's electrmagnetic poles, can lift more than 100 tons.

it would appear that dear ol maggie's strength limit is exhaustion. Thus the kick drug, and other times through his history where his own tiredness left him vulnerable to attack.

Marvel has broken their own rules plenty of times. Magneto has shown that he can do basically whatever he wants, lifting way more than 200,000 pounds(100 tons), create global electromagnetic pulses, reverse the earth's polarity, just about anything. My favorite has to be ripping the adantium out of Wolverine's body. Not a display of raw power, but it showed that he can be ruthless.

If you actually understand how Magento's power works, then you will see that he is infact the most powerful mutant ever. Theoretically(its only theoretical because writers haven't figured it out yet), Magneto can control MORE than just metal, he control any material at the peak of his abilities. Pick up Science of the X-Men, apporoved by Marvel themselves. It explains how all of their powers work.
