Raz's Firewall Reomendation

If i have the avg firewall rz recommended up

and i download something

it says 'worm virus detected'

Firstly-whats a worm virus and what does it do.

and it said 'allow access' and i clicked no, what does no mean, does it mean the virus isnt allowed on pc
or does it mean avg doesnt have access to it anymore?

avg is a virus scanner, NOT a firewall!

You should do a full scan and remove any worm/viruses.

sorry, but a firewall and a virusscanner is something TOTALLY different

i have done, it says none found

but im worried incase when i clicked 'no' it meant avg wasnt allowed access to the worm or whatever
letting it in and, imunizing it from searches?

i know they are
but in my moment of blind panic everything went upside down....😛

AVG asked you whether you want this worm to access your computer, if you selected "no", you should be ok.

Looks like AVG automagically removed it then. BTW, make sure you update your definitions to the latest ones.
