Antonio: First born or http://babyparenting.about.com/cs/gettingready/a/Antonio.htm
worthy of praise....
Luke - it depends really.
1 - Latin, Bringer of Light (or just light.)
Or
2 - From the Greek name Ëïõêáò (Loukas) which meant "from Lucania". Lucania was a region in Italy. Saint Luke, the author of the third Gospel and Acts in the New Testament, was a doctor who travelled in the company of Saint Paul.
And it is only Luke. I grew weary of the people who, for some reason, believe it is necessarily short for Lukas or Lukus. Just Luke.
OK, new question Does your given name describe you as an individual????
I only ask because there are some beliefs that feel that at the time you were born your name was not just a random pick, unbeknown to your parents. And that IS who you are inside....yet these same people/resources say that as time goes by that people do change their names to a Nick, or a more formal, or even a middle name, or change it completely because they feel the power of a name resonates strong significants to WHO YOU ARE.............your thought?

Not particularly. I believe a name like Teutonicus would, as that is where my heart lies. 😛
