Is there a way to descrease the size of an animation?

As you all know, the limit of a picture is 10k bytes for an avatar, but there's a few animations that I could potentially use that are 3k-4k bytes too big. Seen as how I'm not very techinically inclined when it comes to computers, I figured it's worth a shot--is there a way to make it take up less memory?

try reducing the physical size of the avatar, or change file type. That usually works for me

change the dimensions, or the quality, or the frame-rate or total length ✅

best thing is, if I'm not mistaken, photoshop to reduce the quality
