Y'know, that clip engrossed me. I got really into that clip and it's only a few minutes. I have no interest seeing Transformers 2, and the sad fact is that the film will probably do better than Terminator Salvation at the Box Office. That doesn't make it a better film but people will expect a no brainer story and over the top action; whereas with TS there seems to be a heart to the story and characters, which is exactly what Terminator is all about. Especially a Terminator who believes to have a heart. It doesn't get much better than that.
A few seconds of Salvation over a Transformers 2 trailer any day of the week
🙂

TF2 might win it in initial excitement/popularity, but if T4 can be as good as the trailers, then in the long run, T4 will prevail.
I remember loving TF1 when I first saw it, but the next few times I saw it, I was like "meh". The initial excitement had disappeared.
Here are some more videos, some are the same as in the links I posted above, but there is also more; such as interview with cast and crew and behind the scene footage!
You can view them here.
Forgot to mention that you can view high quality photos of Terminator Salvation by clicking here.
Movie Moron has uploaded some samples via Amazon of the Terminator Salvation soundtrack. Click here to listen. No Terminator theme can be heard (I'm not saying it's not in the film - but - 🙁 )
Some early reviews have surfaced the Internet regarding Terminator Salvation. Click here to be transported to Cinema Blend where they have links to the reviews.
So far not too bad, mixed reviews. Nothing too negative, mind.
imdb has a few user reviews up.

Again these are mostly generally mixed, many claim it is quite different to the rest of the series.
I've read two reviews this morning, both being very negative towards the film (one reviewer gives the film 1 and a half out of 4). It seems fans are enjoying the film and are saying positive things. Maybe it's a critic thing, or maybe it's people that just want the same old, same old. Either way, time is not set and I will make my own mind up when it's released. So far I'm loving everything about it.
Not really news; interesting nevertheless.

"LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - "Terminator Salvation" broadened its international presence over the weekend and claimed the No. 1 spot at the overseas box office, while the previous week's champ, "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian," slipped to second place.
With the comic fantasy "Land of the Lost" opening overseas next weekend, the international circuit lacked a high-profile debut this round.
"Terminator Salvation" grossed $67.5 million from 8,325 screens in 70 markets. The fourth title in the sci-fi action series had been in foreign release for a fortnight, playing mostly limited dates in the Middle East and Asia. The Christian Bale/Sam Worthington vehicle broke wide over the weekend, finishing in first place in all but four of the territories it played.
The leading market was the U.K., where "Salvation" grossed $11.6 million from 900 locations. Russia produced $8 million from 786 sites, the 10th biggest weekend opener ever for a Hollywood title in the market.
"Terminator Salvation's" early foreign gross is $97.2 million. With $4.4 million from paid previews in Japan factored in, the cume is $101.6 million."
