Real World

"Hey" Alexis said still not looking at him. "Why are you out here?"

" I cant get to sleep and their is nothing on tv so i decided to take a stroll on the beach...... so what you doing out here???"

"What I always do when I'm not in the ocean thinking about it. Ever wonder if their is actually a sea god?" she asked only half joking. So many times she had come close to death only to pull through.

"ya i believe in the sea god" michael said.

"Good, I'm not the only one." She said with a small smile before a breeze picked up and started playing around with her hair. "Good swell coming up." she tells him standing up. She picks up her board and heads outs again.

Michael just watch her going into the water. and then lied down on the sand and looked at the night sky.

"Umm... Would you like to go watch the sunset with me?" She bit her bottom lip lightly.

Alexis was riding a wave when it crashed down on her plunging her into the water and breaking her board in half. Unluckily her ankle was still attached to one piece. she sisn't come up at first still in shock a little.

Michael was still lying on the sand and then he fell asleep.

[umm, yeah, we're sorta dying here. :[ Noo.]

Alexis struggled long enough to get breath before the next wave knocked her under. She came back up again. "Help!" she screamed taking another breath and eing knocked under.

Michael woke up from the scream and got up quickly michael stared out the water and it seemed alexis was in trouble even though michael has only swam in the water once in his life he tried to remeber the basic training.... michael started to swim.. as he made it too where alexis was he unstrapped alexis from the piece of board and started toswim back to ashore hoping she was still alive.

Alexis made it to shore breathing heavily and coughing. A angry red mark around her ankle where the straps velcro had been. "Thanks." she rasped out to Michael in be tween coughing feets.

"oh god i didnt think you would make it." michael feeling relieved she was alive.

"I didn't either. What pisses me off more, is the fact my boards toast. I've had it for ten years."

Michael didnt know what to say because he has never been in these situations so he just sat their looking out into the sea.

Alexis sat beside him. "What are you thinking about?"

"just thinking that i survived in the water saving a person...." michael said.
