Magnus and Deathblow have great skill, but they are dealing with the best of the best when they go up against Batman and Daredevil. Batman would go after Deathblow first, basically because Deathblow carries about 3 guns on him at any given time, and Batman hates guns. Magnus isn't even the best in his comic company, Rai(from Rai and the Future Force) and Bloodshot can both whoop his ass. In any case, the last two standing would be Daredevil and Batman, and that fight would be great to watch.
