tattooing and body art.

any one here know about the tattoo industry or body cosmetics such as henna and full on body painting?
I'm thinking of doing some thing along those lines when I finish my education. I've already started doing some designs but they need some work and I'm in the process of getting a subscriting to some tattoo magazines for research into the industry.

all i know about it is , what isee my friend do . he is a tatoo artist . he is soo gifted .

only thing i know about tattoos are:

It' s hard to find someone who is into henna. I' m looking for someone myself here in Belgium.

yeah its tricky. I know of a few local studios I can go to. and I think the local fairs are good for henna painters as well. the thing I like about the industry is that there is no right or wrong style you can produce.
my mum and step dad have tattoos but personally I wouldnt have one.

i want a tatto on my tail bone saying porno queen and on my ankle the korn doll 🙂

is there a reason why you would want to associate yourself with the porno industry?

Yesterday I saw a high school girl with about a 2' sticker on the back window of her truck that read "Porn Star" in big pink letters.

Seriously now, if you're THAT starving for attention....then why not walk around in a shirt that says.

Your best deal would be if you know a tatoo artist really well...they would do it with henna.

My ex boyfriend Matt is a tatoo artist and a body piercer. In his studio there are a temporary tatoos work, which look like the real thing, but they dont stay on forever. Its quite cool.

He did a scorpion on my back with henna...outside work, he did a great job too.

Don't know too much about henna, but i know the ones that start looking brown when they fade look horrible. 😘

yeah that would be one typle of henna, you can get it in different colours.

so is faded brown supposed to be any worst than faded blue or green? 😕

When I went to Cancun, almost all of my friends, and most of the girls I saw there had henna done...it just looks like you got done up with a Sharpie. Get the real thing or don't bother embarassing yourself.

Henna tatooes can be good if your not sure about it as they only last about a week, depending on your skin type, then if you like it you can get it done properly if you dont then just leave it.

tbh I think you really have to know what you want and really like a desing before going through the pain of marking your body permenantly for the rest of your life other wise you have to just put up or cover up in which case the cover up tat will be bigger and darker.

Yup! The guy that did my first tat was really good, he was happy to explain everything to me, went through the pro's and cons of permanent/temporary and wouldn't tat me until he was certain that I was sure of what I wanted.
Also I heard him tell one woman that he would give her the tat she wanted but in his professional opinion it would look sh*t on her...

absolutely. I dont see any point in permenant tats when I can have lots of different ones that are temporary.
