The Warriors game was a real shame because they actually played a really consistent, disciplined 80 mins. Usually they dig themselves a hole and have to turn it on in the final stages, but this week they were really balanced the whole game. They really need to put a run of wins together though to get anything from this season, they are moving in the right direction though. I hope they keep Steve Price for a few years, he is a great leader for the young Warriors to have around.
Overall I think the Crusaders are probably gonna take it out this year...
Anywho, I just finished watching the Lions Game. *shakes head* alot of ppl are dissapointed of how it went but I think Argentina deserved to win. They played excellent!! The Lions Team however, well besides the fact that they kept loosing the ball over knocking it forward and mistakes like that...
well are they good enough to come against the ABz? Because from the way they played their first game, it doesnt look like it... But maybe overtime their game play might change.. hopefully.. I enjoy watching the ABz win only if they're playing against a team with the same standards if you get my drift...
The game turned out to go into overtime with the ref by 5 minutes.. The Lions had tons of opportunities to get a try but kept fumbling the ball, knocking it forward... so at the end of the game Mr Johnny Wilkonson took their last penalty as a kick.. the penalty before that however, well they decided to "try" and score a try.. but plans didnt work out lol...
Score: 25 all.
Argentina was the best team overall though.
