If the RP turns out to be of good detail, well planned and with a goal that might work, then I will put my back into it.. I need something where I can use my imagination.. It has only been used partly lately, and it's flowing over 😐

So this thing will include all kind of already made characters in it. I thought that we were going to make everything up from scratch. I had some ideas that were along those lines.
Negative. After careful thought it seems that using already made up characters will cause more trouble then good. It would be best to try to focus more on creating a character that way the character can grow and change according to the RPG instead of just taking an already established character and throwing him into the RPG.
A huge point in an RPG is character development which is something I try to focus on throughout all my RPGs.

Even though you have parts/chapters planned, do not let these lead the RP. A roleplay that is fully guided by a person in order to obtain certain levels, such as a new chapter, as example;
Chapter One; The Prisoning (With the sole purpose that everyone will be prisoned for some reason)
Chapter Two; The Escape (This is what I mean with the above, that you should not focus on a chapter. If one is prisoned, you can not assume that the character is willing to escape)That kind of roleplay will get boring, as most roleplayers long for a chance to act freely to a certain level.
I think what you guys are planning is a great idea and I would like to be in it once it has started..
Please keep the things I have said above as my personal opinion, and not critisism to any specific individual.

Anyway I agree with most of your statement, however I feel that if ( within a 'chapter' - per se - ) too much freedom will only lead to an RP focused on a character to character basis. you see it's all plan and practice. Imagine a book with a planned goal, but in the start the characters have the freedom to interact to a higher degree ( rather than focus on the storyline at hand). Not only will the book be a collection of petty sub stories, but it will probably drift away from the main goals.oh noes! oh
Sooo, I suggest keeping it a bit restricted in the start, and allowing the freedom to take play when everyone is already stead fast on attaining the goal, and cannot be made completely satisfied otherwise.

Both very good points. Too little freedom restricts the player so they cannot even have the freedom to explore and expand on their character. Too much freedom may lead to just character - character basis. That is why we must focus on making the prologue perfect to the point that everyone knows what to do from the very start.
The entire story will not be handed to you at the prologue but enough for you to understand why you will be going on this adventure.
JacopeX and I have already begun development of the main antagonist whose name will not be spoken until time has come. Of course there will be lesser antagonists but the thing is that too many will draw the focus away from the big one so in order to keep the focus on one.
We cannot have you try to face off against the main antagonist but encounter a new baddie every other post. It would become a never ending cycle and many will get fed up with it. Also the RPG will have to focus on keeping a balance between action and interaction. What I mean by that is that an RPG gets boring if you never get to fight but also an RPG is dull if you're always fighting and have no time to develop relationships with other characters.
