Some of them did actually, I personally couldn't stand it. The only humerous thing I heard was when someone said "hell" on that channel. I couldn't believe it.

Disney Channel used to have good programmes but they stopped being made ie Boy Meets World, and that programme which had the 3 brothers (the oldest brother was Joey from Blossom)
