The Marauders

Sirius began to regret coming to Hogmead that day. He realized with embarassment that the thought of James dieing drove tears to his eyes.

James saw that Sirius was crying. James wouldn't cry, but felt like doing so. They walked out. He didn't know what to say...Death for him? Jail for Sirius? Him and Lily marrying?

Shadow looked at the three silent people walking along beside her.
"Hey, guys, come on, you know it's not true! It was only a lame attempt to scare us!"
The others didn't look to sure at all.
Shadow took Sirius's hand.

James sighed, putting his hands behind his head. Strangly, his mind was utterly blank at the moment. His face had a darker look to it.

Lily had her hand clamped over her mouth. "James, I sort of need to do research now."

His head snapped up. "What? Why research?"

"is our date still on? After that bit?" asked Lily.

He shrugged. There was a horrible feeling in his stomach. But the good old James managed to shine through. "Yes!" He paraded down the street.

"But. . .but. . .I don't wanna!" said Lily. She LOVED to give him a hard time.

Sirius sighed as he watched James turn back to normal. Was Sirius the only one still worried?

James was worried. But he had his whole life to worry about. Right now he had a woman to torture. He grabbed Lily's hand and ran about, singing quite loadly.

"AHHH!" said Lily.

Snape watched Potter hand-in-hand with Evans.
"Showoff....." he muttered under his breath.

Lily tried to dodge James outside the Three Broomsticks to no avail.

Sirius laughed at his friend and strolled down the street, hand in hand with Shadow.

"Show off...." continued Snape as he headed down the street.

Lupin was walking on the castle grounds and saw Sirius he quickly came up to him and saw shadpw. He yawned and saw Shadow"Hellow to you too whoever you are" he said. "What you never told your friends about me" said SHadow to Sirius. Lupin leaned to Sirius and said "Something I call payback for detention call me if she tries to kill you" and Lupin walked off seeing James "Oh yeah James remind me of buying you a gift for your Marriage I see that you will become a very good family by the way you are both ahh Concerned about yourselves" laughed Lupin seeing James doing silly stuff.

James stopped dead, still holding Lily's hand. He had spotted..."Snivelus..." He said, a smirk widening. "Oy, Padfoots. Com-pan-yyyy!" He said.

"James just ignore him.. His not worth it..." said Lupin to James.
