Tractor beam letters now in star wars font
OBI/Vader Lightsaber's re rotoscoped (Except luke's)
Trash compactor dianoga is now cgi
Detention cell corridor is deeper
Han/greedo altered slightly but basically the same

ESB:
Jango fett guy has his voice dubbed in as boba fett
Ian macdrmid is now in the hologram scene/with new dialog
Lightsabers redone/ sort of

ROTJ:
Rancor doesn't look like as crack anymore
Naboo added to end celebration
Lightsabers redone( Luke's looks great! Vader's needs some work)
I leave the most controversial change unmentioned.

Nope, I don't think it's that big a deal at all. I've only seen Screenshots of this scene, not on DVD yet. It doesn't bother me at all.
