You can get 465280A with application form 9852/12-c with you can require at the front desk of the imperial revenue tax building on Malastare. But 465280A you will have to apply for on Coruscant, wait three weeks or 700 standard time units and then you can pick it up on Bespin when you choose to get it on a wednesday in an odd week, if you prefer a thursday in either an even week or the tuesday in an odd week, you have to go the Kessel offices. But don't be late or you'll have to re-apply again.

Now.... do you want to know how to get the pre-application form 14538/34 to acquire the application form 987763/4/4/qw in order to get 11384b? 😈
