Spoiler:
a) harry's temper i thought was a great change. i thought he a little like a gary sue (my friend helped me notice this). so with his temper here, it gave him a deeper side than what we already know about him.
b) well, umbridge is supposed 2 b annoying. that's really the point.
c) i was shocked at first but now, it's worn off. and ppl complain a lot about his death that i start 2 get annoyed with him. i thought that his death was important. it showed us that not every1 is safe and how much it isnt a perfect life 4 him.
d) personally, the 4th book sucked IMO. the 3rd 1 did have a lot of adventures. but i think this book was more aimed 2 explain things rather than have adventures. if it did, then we would probably not know as many things as we did.
e). again, i think that was the goal of the book.

Really? I loved that book. My favorite books in order are probably 5, 4, 3, 2, 1... or maybe 5, 3, 4, 2, 1

lol right down the line

The best part is the ending! When they are by the fountain (that doesn't give anything away really but people who have read it will know what i mean) The worst part is that Umbridge Woman.....I HATE HER 😠

Oh I wanted to kill her 😠

most ppl do.

Yes, very much so.

I personally loved OotP, when we got it last summer I stayed up until 5 AM reading the book, finishing it in one day. The books are certainly getting darker, which I like ✅ very good book, I thought. Would have been my favorite of the series had my favorite HP character not died.

I think that what we have to remember about Fudge and Umbridge is that (a) they were actually doing what they thought best, and (b) that, lets be honest, they behaved as most people in authority, and indeed most people, would behave when their comfortable little lives were threatened (cf the German people under Hitler, and those in France and England who thought "well, at least the trains are running on time in Germany...)

I'm kinda waiting for Harry to enter some kind of depression complex.

He's got to really! First,

Spoiler:
he loses his mum and dad, then he is mentally abused and treated like a slave for 11 years, then he gets bullied and persecuted at school, then loses his next two father figures, one because he has a slight hairy problem, and the other because he dies! The boy has got to start taking the happy pills! 😂

At least Harry stopped acting like a little ***** and went out and did something.

Fudge got on my nerves a lot too constantly denying that voldemort was back and what kind of sick woman makes kids cut themselves?!?!
The main purpose of OoTP was to tie up the loose ends and answer most of the questions people had about the story so far.
As for Harrys temper i think it was great to bring in that aspect because it shows he is a typical teenager who is under a lot of pressure. Who here can honestly say they haven't acted like that once in their life? 😄

i think the fact that Fudge and Umbridge got on people's nerves and earned the hatred of most readers means one thing: OoTP is one heck of a great book!

i think all the books are very good, my fave would be GoF, but all in all, i like them all the same. sirius had to die, too bad...but it's a vital point. I think the Marauders are one of the best ideas JK came up with so far....🙂
