Yes you can... You have to either play as a soldier, or use a cheap trick that probably counts as cheating but works very well.

That's pretty much the same thing. The shinier your car is, the more respect and braggin' rights you get. And you didn't know what a ricer was anyways, which is pretty common knowledge. My little sister knows that.

first of all i street race with my 92" crx so i think i know what i am talking about it just pisses me of when people think they know what they are talking about when really they have no idea!

Doubtful on the racist remark.. riceboy is a subculturally coined remark towards the groups of individuals who choose to race like fools with their momma bought cars (which generically happen to include pasting plastic kanji stickers (among other asian theme ornaments) all over their windshields and car bodies)... nothing racist at all IMO.. they suck.. get over it.. this is "The haters club"

Oh, but I do know what I'm talking about. I'm not claiming that I know about street racing--I'm claiming that I know about riceboys. The comment about respect coming from shininess of one's car doesn't apply to people who are serious about cars, it applies to idiots who think respect comes from that. ie, ricers.
