Yep, know all about those. I didn't get everything finalized about going to England last year until about 4 days before. That was interesting.

Yea, it's really pissed me off though, because I got so close to packing and then they're like it might get cancelled, and then I ended up getting sick and it's essential I get better if I'm to fly out, so it's a lot of shit right now.

Yeah....with me my mom okayed me going, then decided to change her mind and waver back and forth for about three weeks, so when I finally booked my flight it was about 6 days before I was supposed to leave. I was pretty pissed about that, because her delaying made me nearly unable to go at ALL.

Not really, actually. It was $480 for roundtrip. However, had she wavered another hour longer, I wouldn't have been able to go because I checked the prices about an hour after booking and it had gone up to $1200, which there was no way in hell I could afford....that amount was pretty much my entire budget for the trip (including airfare, passport, spending money, etc).

Well, it was spring break time, and at the time gas prices were going up a lot, too.

The flight there was absolutely packed, it was 8 hours overnight and I got stuck in the seat right in the middle of the row...not fun, since it was my first time flying and I am terribly claustrophobic 😖

well it's a school thing so we're all seated together, although if it happens we'll be sharing our flight and chartered bus with another school disgust

Make sure you have some books with you, as well as music to listen to. It helps a lot.
