IE help please

Ok, here's the situation; I can't access the internet via the Internet Explorer program at all...the only I can is to open up My Computer and then type in a web address in the toolbar thing...can someone tell me how to fix this? 😑

like wut do u mean? u cant type URL's or u cant open the Internet Explorer from where its located?

yea; anything labeled IE; the shortcut, the thing from the toolbar, always end up "not responding," so I open up my Computer to access the internet 😬

format c and reinstall of windows 🙂

My old computer did that for about two months before it just gave up and died...never did figure out how to fix it.
