How are people born in the matrix are they grow or something and also whats that critter pulled out of neo is that what turns him into an agent

all people born in the matrix are test tube babies more "grown" than "born" and agents are programs, not people...
one does not become an agent...the agents just are there...
most people in the matrix will never even know that agents exist...much like most people will never know the matrix exists

thats wut happens when the agents take over a host...like a parasite...the RSI(residual self image) gets recoded as an agent so that they can get to places faster...because agents are code, not people...so they just re-code a person to be an agent....its programming...like making one file into another file for transfer purposes...
