I just read this on universalexports.com !! TR will love it 😉
Review: First off, I like George Lazenby as 007. He had the panache and the looks to become a good Bond. If he had stuck with it he would have grown into the role, just as Connery did. As for the movie, if it had Connery it would have been the best of the series. The story was moving, touching, exciting, action packed, and by far the most emotional of all the Bond films. Other highlights include the original Bond ski-chase, a thrilling bobsled sequence, a strong plot and a great Blofeld. The film's greatest problem is the continuity issue with Bond and Blofeld not recognizing each other. True, the producers wanted to follow Fleming's book, but it just didn't work. Aside from that it was a flawless movie.
