I hope there will be a Blade 4.

Well its not doing well in the box office, so it all depends on the DVD sales when its released. It should do pretty well on DVD since it has an alternate ending that will be included. Although if its made then you can expect a lower budget than the third film.

also i recall them stating that there was only to be three blade films, and i doubt that they'll attempt another, and as filmprophet said, the box office numbers for it arent very good

Wow, didnt know that Prophet. Well Ill keep my fingers crossed.

41.7 million so far.

I'm not sure about the 4th film yet, and I'm sure New Line isn't either, but there was news of a 4th film earlier this month. You can check it out in my Blade 4 thread here http://www.killermovies.com/forums/f43/t318295.html

i loved the 2nd one the best.

Welcome to the new "Blade" subforum!

Yeah! 🤘

heh

Hello, I know it’s a bit late to comment on Blade Trinity, but I just watched it today and I really enjoyed, not sure whether it was better than the previous one though. As with majority/all movies there is room for improvements such as a better fight with Blade and Dracula towards the end, and/or more fights during the film as there wasn’t many between them considering. Don’t think Dracula had enough screen time to demonstrate his true capabilities and as someone mentioned he didn’t seem much of a match for Blade unlike the previous two villains, although when Dracula turned into his true form I think he did seem pretty unbeatable, would of preferred Jessica Biel to fight with Parker Posey (the female vampire) rather than Reynolds (who I thought was really funny even though no-one likes him).

On a different note who does everyone think is the most powerfullest villain in the Blade franchises I would say:

1. Deacon (Blade)
2. Dracula (Blade Trinity - could have been no. 1, if I knew more of his strengths etc)
3. Nomak (Blade 2)

Drake 😎

1. Drake
2. Nomak (blade didnt kill him- he pushed the sword in himself)
3. Deacon (blade didnt get beat up by this guy- unlike the other 2)

most powerful? deacon in god form... but i liked nomak...

La Magra is actually the most powerful vampire ever seen in Blade movies and in comic books except for Varnae.
He possess superhuman strenght over that of Drake, that in human form is around Class 2/3 Ton, and 6in Beast form.He possess amazing superhuman speed, and also regeneration abilities that are oustanding.
Considering that the transformation in the movie was incomplete, cause Mercury killed one of the elder vampires needed for the summoning of La Magra, we cannot know actually what's the real range of his powers.
Probably Blade is a serve of La Magra, or perhaps a high rank vampire, the 3rd or the 4th in terms of powers.
Nomak VS Drake fight was great, and he give our hero a run for his money, but finally he just finish himself cause he known he lose the fight, so he give himself a honour death, and suicide.
Nomak was Class 2Ton strenght anyway so is the weakest but that doesn't makes him less cool ^^.

I thought so too 👆 Blade is the first movie I've seen in a while, and I liked it. The three lead characters were good. And yes, I liked Hannibal King! 😄

In an interview Jess Biel said if people liked their characters, there could possibly be a spin-off.

hannibal king is so cute and terrificly funny! 😊

i would definitely love to see a spin off series that focuses upon the nightstalkers, hannibal and abigail. worth it to see more character development and action for them.

what he much different in the comic books and would you happen to have any scans/screencaptures of him in the comics?

This is a bit late, but better late than never.

that's a part of the blade comics? i don't see 'blade' anywhere on that...😑

I'd love a Nightstalkers spin-off too.

Most powerful villain. Consider this; Blade needed no help to beat Frost and Nomak, he needed Abigail's help to beat Drake.

apocalyptic: Yeah, a Abigail vs Danica fight would have been good.

but frost and nomak weren't as powerful as drake, right?

Right. Drake is the first ever vampire, the oldest and most powerful of his race. That's why Blade needed help to beat him.
