If Dr. Connors turned into the lizard would he be an allie or foe?

If dr. connors were to turn into the lizard (which I want him to for the third movie but dubt that he will) would he act as a villan or foe or will he even aid spiderman against another foe?

well i doubt if a super agile , smart 2meter tall human shaped lizard who hates the humankind and wants to eat ur brain is what u can call a allie.
