ok so there is this reggae song, and in the begining its like the singer, and he says something like "dis songs goin out to all you water people!" and then he lists some people and surfers, i think sunny garcia was among them, and then the chorus is "lets go and have some fun... on the beach" or something..... and yeah i heard it on a burnt CD so i have no idea who it is, but it was good good good.

Or, I think that's the line. It's got what I (not being so knowledgable about music) think is an acoustic guitar as the music.
