i know its a rock band might be heavy metal not too sure male singer the refrain goes like "I feel nothing nothing nothing nothing"

the beat to the music is similar running with the devil by van helen

Your best bet is to visit YouTube and type in "Lineage 2 music" and search through the music videos. They may have used that theme song in their video and typed up the name of it in the description. Someone may have possibly asked it or answered it in one of the comments to the videos too.

think this song was in the early 90s, heard it years ago so can hardly remember any of the lyrics, the only one i can remember is that it went like... "thats why they called her miss america" or something like that,
