Use tutorials if you have to😬, or just play around with the buttons and features......coz I really can't explain how to use GIMP🙁.

I filled it with colorful stuff!! Yay!!

1st thing you should do, just to get a feel for it, click the brush tool, and smear some color on your canvas.

Then go up to Filters, and play around with the Blur options and Distorts options.

Then make a new layer and repeat, then play with the Layer Modes. To make a new layer, just right click on the layer in the layers window...place...thingy...yeah.

Yup, just do what Switch said I guess, that blur option is a good feature, but the Layers feature is its defining one, you would always want to use the layers feature✅
