I would have liked to be able to order Kreacher to be the Dursleys' slave. That would have been worse than physical torture.

There should of course be a rule that house elves should wear a bag over their heads, due to their ugliness

because we don't like the Dursleys

Kreacher is certain to hate muggles even more than mudbloods whom he considers to be beneath even him

so it'd be very unpleasant for him to be around them
