Well, It's not too much of an oddity really....

Pielover= I love pie. It's a-da best! and besides, Pie is good.

666= I'm not the only person who loves pie, resulting in either the changing of the name, or dding a number. Of corse, I chose the latter. Some people here may not know, but "666" is the number assiociated with Satin. Seeing as I'm anevil antichrist (bwahaha) "666" is a perfect numkber to describe me as well.
