Beatles fanatic? I am no where near a beatles fanatic, infact i only own one album from the beatles, but i do recognize the impact they had on music. An impact that no other band or musician in history has been able to re-produce.I dont even like the beatles all that much, al there early shit isnt worth listening to, there older matieral is awsome, either way i would take zeppelin any day.
The fact is that NIN are out dated and extremley repetive with there music. What songs they do make that dont suck mirror there classics from about 6 years ago. NIN went from being a potential original force in music to becomming forgotten and repetitive

50 Cent has made a equal impact on music than The Beatles. It doesn't make him great.

It's not a fact coz they aren't outdated or repetitive with their music. Trent always reinvents the music.
Into The Void for example, off The Fragile. One of the many songs that could only ever come from his mind. If he produces a whole new album that sounds kinda like that but just as awesome, why the would you wanna complain?
That whole album is pure and utter genius. Without exception. The Downward Spiral is awesome and Pretty Hate Machine is great. All their other stuff is by no means boring.
The REAL fact is that NIN are by no means forgotten by the people who matter.

they are both really great and original bands. i like tool i little bit more than nin because industrial get a little annoying sometimes, therefore if you mix the 2 bands you get powerman 5000 and if you add boxcar racer, tool, and nine inch nails you get deadsy.
Powerman 5000 are nothing like NIN. 😕

You know whats a real shame, the Tapeworm project getting terminated. I mean with Trent and Maynard working together, the possibilities would be limitless. Its almost scary to think how awesome it could have been if they'd got into full swing.
well maybe i´n wrong but isn´t trent and maynard only guests in the tapeworm project? i have one song that maynard had sing live with apc, its really a shame that the project had ended.
