and also risking a employee who has seziures by making him work crazy shifts doing outside work

Just because he damaged property doesn't mean you have to too.

The risking an employee is f*cked up but still, the wrong way to deal with the situation.

Do whatever is necessary to help the kid with the seizure. He can't fire you. He can try, but if you take it up with the company, things will work out. Trust me, I've worked in a store like Target as well and they can't fire people for giving medical needs to somebody having a seizure.

i literally suspended an employe cause he was gona spray pain the guys car.

i suspended him for 2 days because i dont believe in firing people. unless if necesary.

Just because others do it doesn't mean its right. So you suspended a guy who was 'going to' spray paint his car but you can hit it with a cart? Thats f*cked up.
