Anyone know anything about Image Capturing?

Is there anyone on here that knows enough about Image Capturing to help me with my problems? I dont know which one's dumber me or my computer..lol.

i used to have with saving pics from movies...

i think i started using different software 😄

Well I have this image capturing software , 2 actually, and when i save the pictures on one and try to view it it turns out black. On the other it goes totally barbarric and when i try to save it if i save more than one, when i try to open the last one that I captured then the first one is the same as the last one (if that makes any sense)

I have a program called show biz but it takes a long time and a lot of memory to load 😖
