first annual character battle discussion forum

ok so heres the deal.

i had an idea to have a character battle in this forum. its where we have a certain number of nominees of characters and then we pair the two up and you vote on which character you like better and the character that wins moves on to the next round.

first of all we need to figure out how many nominees we should have. im thinking a nice round number so go ahead and discuss

snake vs master cheif

we can get nominees together later and the battlesarent going to start for another couple of days implus right now were disscussing how many nominees were gonna have

ok so noone wants to do this well i mid as well just give off a random number lets say ........20?

well if no one cares about the number then i guess nomination is open now im only taking the first 20 nominations and it has to be a character from a video game

i guess i will just name characters then:

Max Payne
Masterchief
Mario
Luigi
Yoshi
Link
Sonic
Knuckles
Hitman Codename 47
Solid Snake
Sam Fisher
Jack Carver (from FarCry)
the guy from Half-Life
Lara Croft

Raziel
Hash'ah'gik (or...maybe not, most people don't know him)

no what you should do is have good guys vs bad guys like
max payne vs revolver ocelot
mario vs robotnic
etc...

I think this is meant to work like the GameFAQs Character Battles. We all nominate some character, and then someone makes brackets. People vote for whichever character they like that day/week(whichever we use), and the winner goes on to the next round.

yea it is meant to be like the gamefaqs one...........it starts augest first and sephiroth almost one last year he got second and cloud got first

and oh yea i also noticed that kefka got into 39th place last year so sephiroth is much better by popular vote

why dont you guys start naming off some video game babes to battle? like Dead or Alive 2 through 3 alone can make up half the roster lol

then at the end we can have the queen of vid game babes face off with the king of vid games (dudes).

sounds like a good idea to me. If we have two separate charater battles, one male and one female, and the the winners of those battles fight each other.

what about children from games???
