My Mouth Hurts!

Just like 5 mins ago i finished my Nestea Ice Tea bottle, then i sucked all the air out of the bottle with my mouth, and it got stuck to my mouth and started puttin alot of pressure on my lips and it hurt, so i pulled it real fast in one quick motion, and it liked pulled my lips and streched it, it hurt! please put your input on my boredness and reatardness
