Bring out the shadows around the nostrils would help to define the nose as well. I agree that the eyes are spaced just a bit to far apart; eyes should be 1 eye width apart. With the right hand, it is tilted in to far and give is an unnatural feeling to it, twisting it just a bit more bringing down the inside palm and showing more of the thumb and flat part of the hand would be better.

The shading on the hands is excellent and has a nice 3D feeling to them, bring some of that type of shading into her body and face will help to bring out the rest of the image. Overall a very well done image, keep up the great work.
