Taskmaster's new hard energy generator thingy. He can make a shield out of it, or claws (like wolverine's), energy webbing and I'm sure there's more that we just haven't seen yet.

And Iron Man's armor.

ALL of Ironman's armors. Doom's armor is cool too, but Ironman has so much more variety.

I like Doom's ones.

Trauma's Earth Ray was the best I think.

They should make a Marvel themed Soul Calibur game. Centering around melee combat with weapons. I tried to keep it to the lower powered heroes/villians, because someone like Terrax or Firelord, who use weapons, wouldn't wait around for Cap to hand them their asses, they'd just use power cosmic.

Captain America -- his shield
Wolverine -- claws
Deadpool -- twin swords
Daredevil -- billy club
Black Panther -- claws and energy dagger
Killmonger -- spikey belt thing.
Punisher -- not sure exactly what to give him, since he mostly uses guns, but it would be funny to see him put the smack down on other players with a baseball bat and trench knife
Silver Samurai -- katana
Whiplash -- whip, duh
Psylocke -- her psychic knives and swords and crap
Nemesis -- her soul sword
Batroc -- whip-cane
Century -- axe/staff Parallax
Elektra -- sais
Taskmaster -- as one of those random characters, you choose him and he just uses a random fighting style from one of the other characters.

There are tons more who could compete...

For Dr Doom, its not the Armor that make him look cool imo, But the face mask and helmet. I was like cool I want one of thsos. I sure it can be use as a weapon, he can head butt some one with it lol.

I don't mind Marvel only fighting games even if they are made by Capcom. Coz at least it's not Ken Vs Hulk or Dhalsim Vs Dr.Doom.

That game would rule though.
