Heres an article on the new movie:
Here is my current take on Troy: I have always loved the Illiad, and I'm very interested in seeing the movie, but I think the movie studio is buying too much into the 'hunk' factor. The movie would have been just fine with less publicized actors, and I think it would be more of a work of art that way, instead of a mockery intended to attract teenage girls who are going to leave the theatre anyway due the excessive violence

I know its sad but its called the movie industry!
Famous, good-looking actors bring the money spent back and some more.
Since when do teenage girls leave a movie theater because of excessive violence? Its R rated, if they are not old enough they will not even get inside. And what makes you think it will be excessive?😑

As to your second question: 😑 What do you mean, 'what makes me think that?' It's the Trojan War. It was bloody, it was gory, it lasted 10 years. Forgive me for assuming 😛

Exactly. Thou I'm not a teen. 😛
Has for the excessive violence just because it is a war and it was bloody and gory, doesnt mean they'll show every detail on screen 😉

I am truly f****. So we will see that clown killing Acchiles - Brad Pitt - and having a primary role 😠 😠It was not enough to see him in LOTR and I must see him again shooting arrows and playing a trojan gigolo character 🤨 😑 🤨
