Whats scarier, the horror music, or the horror movie?

Hey guys, imagine a horror flick without the music, would it even b half as suspensful or scary?

it COULD still be horrifying...im not voting, cuz it depends.

i don't know,but the music alone is a tiny bit scarier than a movie cause it just keeps playing in your head over and over angain alot of the times

well music and sound is one of the most important pieces of a movie. Good music cannot make up for a shitty movie, but can make it seem better than it actually is. Take away sound and music, freddy and jason dont seem as threatning.

yeah.but i wonder how they got along with horror movies way back when they first invented the motion picture and didn't have any sound or music?
