I usually create a new layer, select the whole sig, go to Edit > Stroke. Choose 1 px, black, Inside. 🙂

This will be added to the signature resources thread I think. Give it a look, massive amount of Photoshop Plug-In's, Actions, Gradiants, etc. etc.

My General Size is 375x125. Not that that helps you to know what Size or anything..

I generally use 380x120-130.

It all depends on the sig and how you want it to be.

i generally use 350 by 150

I used to make my sigs large,(450 * 150) now i go smaller 400 * 150 generally but i might go down to 400*135

Kabia, did you use a specific stamp or brush to get that pattern on the bottom of your sig? where did you get it?
