He wanted you to flatten all that was not animated. However...as long as the frame is not animated at all, i believe the gif just "flattens" it anyway and it makes no difference.

You aren't going to learn Photoshop in a day, and nobody can "teach" it to you. Best way to go is mess around with stuff, read tutorials, etc.

How do I use a PS Action. I added an action to the actions folder but I donno where it is on the actual PS Client.

Go to the Windows tab, and make sure Actions is checked off.

when I play the action. It goes through all these steps. ANd then at one step it gives an error. This is so difficult lol.

sorry if someone answered this question before but there is no way i'm reading through 65 pages of info, so....
it won't let me upload my siggy because it says it's 32KB and the requirements are 30KB. i checks and it meets the pixel requirements of 450x150 but i don't know how to make it 30 KB. Does anyone know how?

Changing the compression on JPG or colors on GIF will lower the file size.
