Mozilla firefox- (a browser, like internet explorer, only better)

download and use these programs, and your spyware/adware problems will be GREATLY reduced.

aww, btw, internet explorer is crappy, i recommend switching to mozilla firefox, if you have the time. it's easy, and i will import all your favorites/bookmarks etc...
