Worlds worst superheros

The idea of this is to think what would be the worlds worst superheroes, you think of a situation needing a superheroes help and then think of who would be a really bad superhero in that situation, so to start off.

Situation: Small child stuck on the ledge of a high cliff.

'Have no fear Vertigo man is here, aaggghhh'. 😱

How about Psychoman! (An actual supervillain) That character would be no good for anything heroic! 😈 😱

"Jimminy Jellocars! There is no milk left!"

"Quick there's a child stuck in a cuboard in that deep dark mine over there"

"Never fear Claustrophobia Man will save the day..."

Or maybe not...

Man Man. hes basically just a normal everyday guy, cept he wears tight spandex and does normal everyday things in a camp, arms akimbo fashion.
