Did he? Well, if you are right, then you've bested me at my own question, because I was thinking of someone else. It's the spell for the Dark Mark. Did Pettigrew mention it in conversation or cast it at one point? Good job if that's right, though - I didn't even consider that. Just shows that I shouldn't ask spells thinking I'm being clever when they can be done by almost every character.
